We ship in the UK with Royal Mail Signed-For, which will in the vast majority of circumstances deliver in three working days. For international deliveries we typically use Fedex International Priority, which typically takes around 5-10 working days. Both companies give us a tracking number which we will pass on to you in the order receipt.
If the rucksack is returned as-new within 28 days of purchase we will give a full refund on the retail price, though the shipping is non-refundable. The return address is

We are so confident in our build quality that all Hawthorn Rucksacks come with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing faults. This means that if any part of the rucksack fails beyond that expected from normal wear and tear we will give you a brand new one. As with all luggage guarantees, `lifetime' applies to the product not the wearer, which is typically 5-10 years of daily use.
We do not expect these problems to arise as we have taken every care in our manufacture, but if for some reason a rucksack does fall short please send it back to the address above with a short note explaining what went wrong. We will verify the damage and send over a new bag free of charge or, if someone has clearly run over the bag with a lawnmower or tried to hang a rhino from the zip, get in touch to discuss repairs.
